Job Description
Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage team quota attainment, and foster a culture of outbound sales excellence in a remote environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Coach and develop Mid-Market AEs through regular performance reviews and training sessions
Implement and manage outbound sales strategies to generate pipeline and achieve key activity metrics
Oversee pipeline health and forecast accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sales success
##### Required qualifications
7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of quota-carrying sales teams
Proven success in managing outbound-focused sales organizations
Strong coaching and people development skills
Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
