To support customer initiatives in digital transformation, the full-time remote Model-Based Enterprise Principal Engineer will lead technical strategies for Model-Based Definition (MBD) adoption, manage supplier enablement programs, and oversee the governance of MBD standards and practices.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the execution of customer-aligned digital engineering and MBE initiatives, driving MBD adoption across various environments

Own supplier enablement and digital transformation programs, guiding suppliers toward advanced MBE maturity

Define and govern MBD standards, ensuring quality of datasets and transitioning from traditional practices to scalable workflows

##### Required qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related engineering discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Model-Based Definition (MBD) within a Siemens NX CAD platform

3+ years of experience leading MBD or similar digital transformations

Advanced knowledge of model-based engineering standards and interoperability formats for downstream data consumption
