Our agents consistently generate **10–20 buyer opportunities per week**, and we maintain a **10,000+ lead database** of homeowners and buyers that can be worked for purchase and refinance opportunities.

**What You'll Do:**

Partner directly with our real estate agents to provide a seamless lending experience from first conversation through closing.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Calling and converting **incoming buyer and refinance opportunities** from our team
  • Proactively working our **10,000+ lead database** to generate additional loan opportunities
  • Taking applications and structuring loans for purchase and refinance clients
  • Delivering **same-day pre-approvals whenever possible**
  • Providing **proactive updates to agents and clients throughout the loan process**
  • Communicating immediately with agents after key client conversations
  • Creating a **5-star experience for every borrower**, especially first-time homebuyers
  • Tracking and reviewing your **weekly performance metrics with leadership**
  • Attending weekly leadership meetings focused on pipeline and conversion

**Activity & Performance Expectations:**

Success in this role is driven by **consistent activity and follow-up**.

Our high-performing partners typically achieve

  • ~40 meaningful client conversations per week
  • ~10 loan applications per week
  • ~5 pre-approvals per week
  • ~3–5 closings or refinances per month

This role is ideal for someone who **knows their numbers, tracks their pipeline, and enjoys operating in a high-activity environment.**

**Communication Expectations:**

Communication is critical in our environment.

Our Mortgage Loan Originator must

  • Contact new inbound leads **within ~1-3 hours (same day at minimum)**
  • Be comfortable **calling clients directly**, not relying only on text/email
  • Provide **proactive updates to agents without needing to be asked**
  • Communicate immediately with agents after important client conversations

Our goal is for both **clients and agents to feel fully supported and informed throughout the process.**

  • Hybrid availability (in office + remote)

*Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.*
