Job Description
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations while providing exceptional customer service and support.
##### Key responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
Assist customers with registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
Utilize multiple software programs and web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
##### Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
