Job Description
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with dog registrations and provide information on AKC policies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
##### Key responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and educate them on AKC resources and programs
Utilize multiple software tools to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
##### Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to multi-task using various web-based applications and manage multiple screens
Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
