Job Description
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Nevada Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
##### Key responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
##### Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks efficiently
Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems
Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
