Job Description
To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will deliver meaningful solutions through inbound phone interactions, build relationships with customers, and develop knowledge in banking and technology while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Assist customers by providing solutions and educating them on products and services
Participate in a comprehensive 13-week virtual training program
Foster positive customer experiences to encourage referrals and repeat business
##### Required qualifications
Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and product education
Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills
