Job Description
Working fully remotely in Nevada, the Nevada Licensed Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound communications, including calls, emails, and chats, while providing customer support for dog and litter registrations and promoting AKC resources.
##### Key responsibilities
Handle and document customer interactions using Salesforce while addressing inquiries related to registrations and AKC policies
Utilize multiple software programs to assist customers, escalate issues as necessary, and maintain communication with team members
Process transactions and respond to emails with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to attendance policies
##### Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to multi-task across multiple web-based applications and screens
Strong independent critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
Knowledge of the AKC registration system and related departmental functions
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
