Job Description
To provide comprehensive nutritional care, the full-time salaried New York Licensed Dietitian will assess, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional plans remotely while assisting in menu modifications and offering guidance to patients and families.
##### Key responsibilities
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop patient-specific care plans
Provide nutritional education and counseling to patients and their families
Assist in menu modifications and oversee food service workers in proper food handling
##### Required qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Current Registered Dietitian Certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Certified Dietitian Nutritionist in New York State (CDN), as needed
1-3 years of relevant experience
Advanced/specialized certifications, as needed
