Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

**LOCATION:** 3910 Old Hwy 94 South, Saint Charles, MO 63304

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Full-time

**HOURS: M-F 6am-3pm; M-F 7am-4pm; M-F 8am-5pm**

**PAY:** $18/hr

**About the Role**

We are seeking **professional, reliable,** and **self-directed drivers** to join our growing team. As a key member of our service, you'll provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for clients traveling to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations.

This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in helping others, manage their tie effectively, and communicate with empathy and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**

• Safely operate company vehicle to transport clients to and from schedules appointments.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and dispatch.
• Keep accurate trip logs and follow assigned routes efficiently.
• Assist passengers as needed while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Ability to self-direct and perform job duties under limited supervision.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Regularly check company email for communications and schedule updates.
• Must be outgoing and maintain a professional appearance.
• As a mandated reporter, report all suspicions of fraud, exploitation, and abuse as soon as possible.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and courtesy.
• Take initiative and make good use of time to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain training credentialing as provided by management.

\*Seeking drivers whose available Monday thru Friday to cover either of the following shifts:

• 6am-3pm
• 7am-4pm
• 8am-5pm

**Qualifications and Requirements**

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass background screenings and drug testing.
• 1-2 years of transporting passengers, goods, etc is preferred but not required.
• CPR & First Aid certified preferred but not required.
• Blood Pathogen certified preferred but not required.
• Registered with Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) is preferred but not required.
• Defensive Driving certification is preferred but not required.
