Job Description
Supporting administrative operations for behavioral health programs, the long-term contract Office Specialist will manage scheduling, documentation, and data management tasks in a remote role while being local to Minnesota for occasional onsite meetings.
##### Key responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings to support day-to-day scheduling needs
- Compile and organize information from internal databases to maintain accurate records
