To support the Global Rare Business Unit, the full-time Associate Director of Omnichannel Operations will execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Execute omnichannel campaigns across email, web, and field-enabled journeys

Coordinate post-MLR implementation activities and manage UAT, QA, and go-live tasks

Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Analytics, IT, and external vendors to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

7-10+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or marketing operations

Experience within pharma, biotech, or regulated industries

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, and Veeva

Experience with campaign execution, QA/UAT, and launch coordination
