OnDemand Solution Consultant (Entry-Level)
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated OnDemand Solution Consultant to support our sales organization by delivering technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and customer engagement across key opportunities. This role partners closely with sales teams to advance deals and deliver compelling solution value.
Key Responsibilities
Support pipeline development and opportunity advancement
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
Participate in discovery conversations
Translate business needs into solution recommendations
Assist with demos and technical assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Problem-solving mindset
Customer-focused approach
Familiarity with SaaS or digital tools
**Trilingual:** English, Spanish, Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Adobe or similar platforms
Customer-facing experience
Familiarity with AI tools
Background in project coordination or marketing technology

**Expected Pay Range:** Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,600 -- $150,525 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
