##### Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs assessment, planning, and delivery logistics

Develop and standardize training assets and introduce modern learning approaches such as microlearning and digital training

Conduct quarterly skills gap analyses and recommend targeted upskilling or cross-skilling strategies
