Operations Lead - Warehouse

As an Operations Lead, you'll be trusted to lead from the front, drive performance, and keep our operation running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands on leadership position where you'll be supporting your team, managing daily workflow, and ensuring operational targets are achieved. You'll be just as comfortable leading a toolbox meeting as you are jumping on a forklift or reach truck when the operation needs it. Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What you'll do:

Keep our people safe every day by championing our Zero Serious Harm commitment

Manage the daily workflow to ensure customer putaways and orders are completed on time

Ensure our health & safety, compliance, and quality standards are met

Lead, support, and develop your team to meet productivity targets

Work closely with leaders and team members to ensure a smooth operational handover for the next shift

What you'll bring:

2+ years' leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or transport

Strong people leadership and communication skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Experience managing KPIs and operational performance

Knowledge of compliance, SOPs, and health & safety requirements

Experience operating Reach and Counterbalance with a current MHE license
