Envirofresh Produce is seeking a Crop Care Worker to join our Grow Team. This individual will ensure that all perishable products grown are handled, picked and processed according to Company standards. This will ensure that this meets customer demands with highest quality and efficiency.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Sort product to ensure what’s being packed meets company and customer specifications.
• Utilize learned specifications to quickly and accurately sort raw
• Communicate concerns in quality to line
• Adequate knowledge of PPE, Food safety, GMP’s & overall
• Check labeling
• Any other tasks as directed by

**Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**

• Ability to learn and retain a wealth of product and customer
• Ability to make critical decisions quickly and
• Manual dexterity: ability to work with hands for the entire

**Working Conditions:**

• Air-Conditioned warehouse
• Must be capable of frequently lifting to 30
• Position requires standing and or walking for the entire

**Compensation:**

$17.60/hour - Current Opening
