To support the success of Make Money/Manage Money campaigns, the remote Paid Media Specialist will execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta and Taboola, monitor performance metrics, and assist in optimizations to drive results for top advertisers.

##### Key responsibilities

Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns, monitoring daily performance metrics and implementing optimizations

Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth

Collaborate with the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and timely asset delivery

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance-driven results across social and native ad campaigns

Hands-on experience running campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain

Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data

Strong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence and task management

Passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the Make Money/Manage Money vertical
