To support high-volume hiring for a global security services organization, the part-time Recruiter will manage the recruiting lifecycle, conducting intake meetings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a remote contract role of 20-32 hours per week.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead intake meetings with hiring leaders to define role requirements and strategies

Evaluate and screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and providing feedback to hiring leaders

Coordinate interview logistics and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

##### Required qualifications

Experience managing end-to-end recruiting workflows in a high-touch environment

Strong ability to evaluate and select high-quality talent

Proven project management skills in hiring processes from intake through offer

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Flexibility to support varying workloads week to week
