The role

Our friendly team in Wellington offers a comprehensive range of new and used BMW and MINI vehicles, parts, and accessories, and are looking for a Parts Advisor to join them.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for

• ensuring the workshop is supplied with parts, accuracy and on time
• preparing smash repair quotations
• maintain existing customer & trade relationships and achieving sales targets
• ensuring the timely processing and delivery of all orders

About you

To be successful you’ll be comfortable within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with:

- Franchise parts experience - ideally with any European franchise or a minimum of three years’ experience within a retail parts department

- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in work

- A customer centric mindset and excellent communication skills

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams for best customer outcomes

- Excellent computer literacy and experience with DMS systems

Experience preparing smash repair quotations desirable but not essential - we're willing to train.
