To support data-driven decision-making in the insurance sector, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Data Analytics Engineer will design, build, and govern analytics-ready data assets while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting and insights across the P&C insurance value chain.

##### Key responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and develop scalable analytics solutions that support decision-making

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Sigma or Power BI to provide trusted business insights

Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality and accuracy through validation and performance monitoring

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry

Strong experience with cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) and transformation tools such as dbt

Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in BI platforms like Sigma or Power BI

Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, ELT processes, and modern data architectures
