Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities ; PEGA PRPC 24.2 and Constellation Certified
• Production Support & Maintenance
• Provide L2/L3 support for Pega applications.
• Monitor production environments and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with business users for issue clarification and resolution.
• Manage batch jobs, agents, and queue processors.
• Application Enhancements
• Implement change requests and minor enhancements.
• Configure workflows, case types, UI rules, and business rules.
• Optimize existing flows and decision rules.
• Performance & System Monitoring
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Debug performance issues using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL.
• Manage data pages, reports, and integrations efficiently.
• Deployment & Release Management
• Support deployment activities across Dev, QA, and Production.
• Manage product rules and ruleset versions.
• Perform impact analysis before deployments.
• Integration Support
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations.
• Work with external systems and APIs.
• Handle authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO).
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain technical documentation and KT documents.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.

Salary Range- $110,000-$145,000 a year
