To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will manage the full scope of people operations, including scaling infrastructure, embedding in the business, and upleveling leadership through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

##### Key responsibilities

Audit and formalize people systems and processes to support a 3x increase in headcount

Act as a strategic partner to leaders for team structure, leveling, and headcount planning

Implement a coaching and training framework to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization

##### Required qualifications

Experience in scaling a tech or tech-enabled company from 100 to 500+ employees

Meaningful experience supporting both non-exempt and exempt workforces in a remote environment

Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue drivers and team dependencies

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion

Hands-on experience administering HRIS systems and PEO platforms
