PeopleSoft HR Data Analyst

Wipro is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HR Data Analyst to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a passion for data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills. As the PeopleSoft HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and resolving complex data-related problems.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PeopleSoft HR, with a proven track record of successful data analysis projects. Responsibilities

Analyze PeopleSoft HR data to identify problems and create solutions.

Develop and document data analysis processes and procedures.

Create reports and presentations to communicate data analysis results.

Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data models.

Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and systems.

Provide technical support to end users.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Research and apply new technologies to improve data analysis and management.
