**Job Description**

As a Pharmacy / Retail Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting customers with retail purchases and general enquiries
• Operating the POS system and handling transactions
• Merchandising and maintaining attractive store presentation
• Stock replenishment and inventory support

**What We Are Looking For**

• Availability to work a flexible roster including **days, evenings, and weekends**
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

**Bonus points if you have:**

• Previous retail experience
• Customer service experience
• Pharmacy or health retail experience

**Certifications**

S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded

Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
