As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the incident management process for the Ads business, ensuring coordinated and timely resolutions

Act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, during incidents

Identify trends in ad serving issues and partner with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within a digital advertising environment

3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems

Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems

Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-moving environments

Familiarity with incident management processes and tools such as Jira or CRM systems
