As the Platform Integrity Lead, the full-time position will manage the cross-functional incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with various teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the incident management process for ad serving issues, ensuring quick and coordinated responses

Act as the central coordination point among Ads R&D, Sales, and other business units to address and resolve incidents

Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement long-term solutions

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or related roles within digital advertising

3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems

Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems

Experience in building operational processes in cross-functional environments

Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira and CRM systems
