Postal Delivery Driver (Postie)

Working hours: 30:00hours per week – working 5 days in 7 across Monday - Sunday – 09:30/15:30\

You’ll work on a rotating shift schedule, including some weekends. Your rota will confirm your hours and delivery routes, which may vary based on demand.

You’ll be required to work Sundays at Malmo Road Delivery Office (09:00 - 15:00 or 11:00 - 17:00)

About you

We’ll provide full training, a uniform, and an iconic red van. You’ll need:

A full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points, registered to your current name and address)

Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and able to pass a driving assessment

Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs / hills, and lifting / carrying 10kg+ mailbags

Reliable and self-motivated

Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment

Customer-focused, with pride in delivering great service
