Accountable for sourcing strategies and implementation for defined categories, the remote Principal Category Manager will manage spend, improve total cost of ownership, and engage with partners to achieve savings goals.

##### Key Responsibilities

Deliver category management processes, including spend analytics, strategy development, and negotiations

Lead RFP/RFQ bids, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal cost and service

Implement quarterly business reviews with suppliers and monitor action plans to enhance financial performance

##### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of supply chain experience

2-3 years of sourcing and/or category management experience

Experience with supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contracting

Global category management experience preferred
