Leading the design and implementation of major components within a business intelligence application, the full-time Principal Data Engineer will develop data ingestion and processing solutions, mentor engineering teams, and ensure data quality while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of the RezIntel platform

Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure scalable, high-availability data storage solutions

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in ETL technologies and concepts such as SSIS and Python/Pandas

8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and implementation, particularly with SQL Server

Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Experience in architecting scalable distributed data processing systems and using visualization tools such as PowerBI
