Job Description
Supporting the Military & Family Life Counseling program, the full-time hybrid Principal Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, streamline finance processes through automation, and lead the implementation of AI-assisted solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
##### Key responsibilities
Oversee financial management and reporting for the MFLC program, including EACs and customer invoicing
Design and implement initiatives to automate manual finance processes and improve workflow efficiency
Lead the adoption of AI tools to enhance the quality and scalability of financial outputs
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in program finance or government contracting
Strong background in government contracting finance and compliance standards
Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and AI solutions
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
Demonstrated success in implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
