Job Description
Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and enhance healthcare solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and customer experiences.
##### Key responsibilities
Owning product outcomes from problem definition through delivery for complex healthcare products
Setting clear product direction by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, and business context
Leading cross-functional teams through influence to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology-driven products, preferably in healthcare
Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in enterprise settings
Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, or workflow platforms
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, driving alignment and delivering outcomes without formal authority
