Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for consumer-focused digital payment products.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and use insights to inform product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously evaluate and improve products post-launch.
Drive business growth through product innovation, user acquisition and retention strategies, and competitive differentiation.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, and gather feedback to inform product strategy.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product offerings.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior product team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
