Driving retention metrics for Cloaked's consumer product, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will design and ship features that enhance user habits, run experiments to boost engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Own and improve retention metrics through feature design and user experience enhancements

Run experiments to identify engagement drivers and iterate on findings

Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features quickly

Proven experience shipping features that measurably improved user retention

Deep understanding of retention mechanics, including habit formation and personalization

Strong analytical skills with experience in running experiments and interpreting cohort data

Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Ability to communicate clearly and align cross-functional teams around product goals
