Job Description
Driving user retention metrics, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will design and implement product features that enhance daily usage and long-term retention, collaborating cross-functionally and utilizing data-driven insights in a hybrid work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Own and improve features that drive user retention and engagement
Run experiments to understand user behavior and iterate on product experiences
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product features quickly
##### Required qualifications
Proven experience in shipping features that measurably improve user retention
Deep understanding of retention mechanics, including habit formation and personalization
Strong analytical skills with experience in running experiments and interpreting cohort data
Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Ability to communicate clearly and engage cross-functional teams in product discussions
