We are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of our platform-first product lines. This leader will ensure our solutions both excel as standalone offerings and strengthen the overall NavigateOne platform through integrated workflows, shared analytics, and unified user experiences.

Reporting into Product leadership, this is a hands-on product leadership role with strategic ownership and direct execution responsibility. You will define domain strategy, drive measurable growth outcomes, and ensure our solutions are interoperable, scalable, and platform-aligned.

**What You Will Do**

  • Define Domain Vision & Strategy: Establish and evolve the product strategy for our solutions in alignment with enterprise platform, AI, and data initiatives.
  • Advance NavigateOne Integration: Drive deep integration capabilities within the NavigateOne platform—supporting shared case workflows, unified reporting, and cross-domain insights.
  • Deliver Outcome-Driven Roadmaps: Develop multi-year roadmaps that balance customer workflow needs, compliance considerations, AI/data initiatives, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Drive Domain Business Outcomes: Be accountable for adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution within the product line portfolio.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support successful launches and field enablement.
  • Advance Workflow & Analytics Capabilities: Strengthen intervention management systems, case documentation workflows, reporting tools, and analytics that empower educators and administrators.
  • Support Enterprise Data & AI Strategy: Contribute to shared data models and AI-driven insights that connect proactive risk mitigation with .
  • Remain Deeply Hands-On: Write requirements, manage prioritization, and ensure disciplined execution from discovery to release.
  • Monitor Policy & Market Trends: Stay informed on evolving discipline frameworks, MTSS models, restorative practices, and student well-being initiatives.
  • Engage Strategic Customers: Partner directly with school and district leaders to validate roadmap direction and identify evolving needs.

**What You Bring**

  • Senior-Level Product Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a major product area or workflow-centric SaaS solutions in EdTech, Behavioral Health, GovTech, or mission-driven technology company.
  • Platform Mindset: Experience working within multi-product ecosystems where shared data models and cross-domain workflows matter.
  • Mission Alignment: Passion for applying AI and analytics to improve school safety, student well-being, and educator effectiveness.
  • Execution Discipline: Demonstrated experience developing strategic roadmaps aligned to business growth and platform objectives.
  • Experimentation & Iteration Experience: Background in piloting new capabilities, analyzing results, and refining based on real-world feedback.
  • Responsible AI Awareness: Understanding of privacy, data governance, security, and ethical considerations—especially in regulated or sensitive environments.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to lead alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success without direct authority.
  • Executive Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex AI capabilities in clear, practical business terms.

**Normal Working Hours and Conditions:** Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

**Physical Requirements:** Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
