Job Description
To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and execute a go-to-market strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a positive user experience
Define and implement operations and processes for the successful launch and management of Cloaked Pay
Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights and feedback
##### Required qualifications
Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and card processing
Proficient in SQL and data analysis for product metrics and forecasting
Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
Familiarity with financial regulations and experience managing fraud-related challenges
