Building knowledge systems and workflows, the full-time remote Product Marketing Manager will enhance the effectiveness of the marketing team by auditing and organizing product information, shipping internal AI agents, and equipping the PMM team to focus on strategic initiatives.

##### Key responsibilities

Audit, organize, and unify product knowledge, sales motions, and customer language to create a source-of-truth substrate

Identify and develop internal agents to streamline GTM workflows, measuring their adoption and quality

Support the PMM team in focusing on high-leverage activities such as sales enablement and competitive research

##### Required qualifications

3-8 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or a related field with a focus on producing GTM artifacts

Experience shipping at least one internal AI assistant that was actively used by a team

Proficiency in prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks

Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools, including vendor procurement and auditing outputs

Background in fraud, trust & safety, or risk industries is strongly preferred
