Job Description
Leading complex product initiatives, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage backlog prioritization, define product vision with stakeholders, and guide scrum teams to ensure high-value outcomes.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead requirements definition and backlog prioritization for cross-functional initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and feature sets
Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to product strategy and execution
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery roles
Demonstrated expertise in backlog management and agile product development practices
Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to support the growth of peers
