Company Description
At Link Snacks, we embrace the wild side. Innovation, hard work, and bold ideas are in our DNA. What started as a family recipe has grown into a global snacking sensation — and we’re just getting started. We don’t simply make great‑tasting snacks; we create memorable experiences.

Seasoning is a critical part of our production process. The work completed by this team directly affects the quality, traceability and performance of the departments that follow, so strong attention to detail and communication are essential. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Monitor productivity and address issues that could affect production
Communicate effectively with Decartoning, Slicing, Ovens and other production teams
Identify and escalate equipment, quality or production issues
Coach team members and reinforce safe working practices
Support a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
What We're Looking for?
Strong reliability and commitment to work hours
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, food production or a similar environment would be highly regarded.
Confident in directing a team, comfortable working in a physical production environment and able to make good decisions when priorities change.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Basic English (written and verbal)
Teamwork skills and calm problem‑solving
Own transport and driver’s license
Ability to follow strict hygiene and food safety rules
What Link Snacks Offers?
