Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time salaried Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence for the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and cross-functional alignment while working in a hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives

Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews

Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

##### Required qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management

Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion

Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
