Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met

Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews

Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling

##### Required qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management

Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor

Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Experience in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments
