Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to enhance performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met at scale

Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews

Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and successful outcomes

##### Required qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management

Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor

Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Strategic fluency in understanding the impact of technical performance on financial margins

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
