Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence within the Performance Center, ensuring high-performance standards and cross-functional alignment in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet partner commitments at scale

Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings, including daily standups and seasonal readiness reviews

Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and successful project completion

##### Required qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments

Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making

Experience maintaining operational momentum in complex, fast-paced environments across multiple technical workstreams
