Lead and manage engineering projects and initiatives to ensure their successful completion within set timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment and prioritization of tasks and deliverables.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams and departments.

Monitor and track project performance and provide regular reports to management.

Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
