Leading new logo implementation programs, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage complex client portfolios, ensuring successful launches of Alkami's digital banking platform while fostering customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead and manage new logo implementation programs by guiding clients through requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment

Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, defining deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across the portfolio

Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication and addressing escalations to ensure satisfaction

##### Required qualifications

5-7 years of experience in program/project management within SaaS or financial services

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios independently

Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Confluence
