Job Description
You will
- lead the planning and delivery of a major TPS workstream, keeping objectives, milestones, benefits and dependencies on track;
- provide strong programme leadership across governance, risk, issues, assurance, performance and reporting;
- build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners across organisational boundaries;
- lead mobilisation and integrated delivery planning, aligning resources and activity around agreed priorities;
- identify and resolve barriers to delivery, maintaining pace and confidence in a complex environment;
- use data, insight and performance information to support decisions and track benefits; and
- support a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across programme and delivery teams.
