Serving as the primary administrative liaison, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day initiatives between Cognito and the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, managing project timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with partnership objectives.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and task tracking for joint initiatives

Serve as the central point of contact for operational project activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders

Support governance structures by preparing status reports and tracking decisions to ensure accountability

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field

Minimum of three years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or research

Demonstrated experience managing projects across multiple organizations or complex stakeholder environments

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project

Ability to operate with ambiguity and navigate matrixed reporting relationships
