The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
1. 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
2. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols and the construction processes
3. Strong understanding in drainage set out and levels
4. Ability to price jobs and do drainage take offs
5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
