**Role Description**

• We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilities, particularly within Wealth Management and Capital Markets domains.
• The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while also performing in-depth business analysis, handling production impact assessments, driving Agile execution, and coordinating with offshore teams.
• This role is suited for a proactive, analytical individual who is comfortable being the first point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders.

**Required Skill Sets:**

• Project Management with good yrs of Experience
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects in alignment with PMO governance.
• Own project timelines, scope, budget, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee task assignments, workload balancing, and team coordination.
• Manage vendor interactions and cross-functional engagements.
• Prepare dashboards, steering committee updates, and executive reports.
• Ensure strong alignment with product owners, SMEs, QA, development, and operations teams.
• Business Analysis with good yrs of Experience
• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions via workshops, and walkthroughs. (MUST HAVE)
• Perform detailed impact analysis of production issues from a domain perspective, identifying risks, root causes, and business impact. (MUST HAVE)
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners to create and refine Jira stories and maintain a clean product backlog. (MUST HAVE)
• Support solution design discussions and document future state workflows.
• Analyze data and validate requirements using SQL queries (basic to intermediate). (GOOD TO HAVE)
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives). (MUST HAVE)
• Coordinate sprint execution and ensure stories meet definition of ready/done.
• Work closely with the product owner and scrum master to drive iterative delivery.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming issues, enhancements, and requirement discussions. (MUST HAVE)
• Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership.
• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency across teams.
• Collaborate daily with offshore engineering and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements and timely delivery. (MUST HAVE)
• Provide walkthroughs, clarify user stories, and track offshore progress.
• Align work schedules and maintain seamless cross border communication.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Capital Markets, including key processes, products, client flows, and regulatory considerations. (MUST HAVE)
• Ability to evaluate issues and requirements through a domain-first perspective.
• Experience working with financial platforms, trading systems, portfolio management, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.
• good years’ experience in Project Management and Good years’ experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong capability to handle both PM and BSA responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid methodology environments.

**Desired Skill Sets:**

• SQL/database querying ability for analysis and validation.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, CBAP, or equivalent.
• Experience in BFSI projects, especially wealth or capital markets.
• Exposure to production support, triage, and rapid issue resolution frameworks."
