Job Description
Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams, the full-time remote Associate Engagement Manager will manage post-sale implementation projects, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and on-time delivery while advocating for client needs.
##### Key responsibilities
Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams to facilitate client workshops and sessions
Define and maintain project plans, identifying risks and churn mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles
Effectively manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to close, setting expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
2-3 years of professional project management or engagement management experience
PMP certification
SaaS implementation project management experience
Background in the e-commerce industry and experience generating or executing Statements of Work (SOWs)
